1. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling a roll-off dumpster rental, submitting a quote request, or reserving online with Dumpsters 911 ("Company," "we," "us"), a registered trade name of Dumpsters 2 Go LLC, you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully prior to booking.
2. Rental Period & Flat-Rate Pricing
Our standard dumpster rentals include delivery, haul-away, flexible rental duration (typically up to 7 days), and a baseline weight allowance depending on the container size:
- 15 Yard Dumpster: Flat rate starting at $399 (Includes 1.5–2 Tons weight limit).
- 20 Yard Dumpster: Flat rate starting at $450 (Includes 2–2.5 Tons weight limit).
- 30 Yard Dumpster: Flat rate starting at $500 (Includes 3 Tons weight limit).
- 40 Yard Dumpster: Flat rate starting at $599 (Includes 4 Tons weight limit).
Rental extensions beyond the agreed timeline are available for an additional daily rate. Contact dispatch at (248) 479-3667 at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup if an extension is required.
3. Driveway Protection & Placement
Dumpsters 911 equipment is fitted with driveway-safe rubber wheels to protect concrete and asphalt surfaces under normal placement conditions. Customer warrants that the placement site (driveway, private road, or parking pad) is capable of bearing the weight of the dumpster and haul truck. Customer is responsible for clearing vehicles, low-hanging tree branches, overhead wires, and gate access prior to delivery.
4. Prohibited Materials & Hazardous Waste
Customer agrees NOT to place any of the following prohibited materials inside the dumpster:
- Hazardous chemicals, toxic waste, oils, gas, or flammable liquids
- Liquid wet paint, lacquers, or chemical solvents
- Car tires, automotive batteries, or sealed gas cylinders
- Asbestos, medical waste, or toxic insulation
- Wet liquid concrete (cured/hardened concrete chunks allowed only in designated heavy containers)
Disposal of prohibited hazardous items may incur hazardous handling surcharges or landfill rejection fees charged directly to the customer.
5. Fill Level & Overweight Restrictions
Debris must be loaded evenly and remain flush with or below the top rim of the dumpster. For safety and highway transportation regulations, drivers cannot haul overloaded containers where debris exceeds sidewall height. Any weight exceeding the included tonnage limit will be billed at standard landfill overage rates per additional ton.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or delivery date changes must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled dispatch time to avoid a trip fee.
